My favorite healthy meal is a grilled chicken souvlaki on a pocketless pita with tons of grilled veggies and a side of greek yogurt sauce!

Anything with 93/7 ground turkey meat! I especially love turkey burgers made with this meat and stuffed with black beans, served on a whole wheat English muffin. Protein galore!

My favorite healthy meal is:Spaghetti squash sauteed with onions, garlic, broccoli and grilled shrimp! Yum!!

My problem is I don't have a healthy snack!!! I'm a s'mores, ice cream or popcorn go-to-snack kinda girl. I need self discipline and guidance!

Hi Kristy!If you prepare healthy snacks ahead of time it makes it easier to 'behave' :)
Nuts, Fruit, cut/washed veggies...to name a few...
you pack it up to take to work or on the go with you.
Also if it is in the refridgerator...in the front..where you automatically see it upon opening the refridgerator door...You will more than likely pluck out the 'good' stuff to munch on!!
Bye the way...popcorn isn't a bad choice if it is not smothered in butter......

Hi Jae!!Not a bad choice to munch on but try adding other foods and fresh fruits to give some variety to your daily menu..
In that way you get a wider range of nutients in your diet....
