Hollie my love, Momma Goldi stocked our fridge as a housewarming gift. I couldnt take THAT much advantage. I am hoping for a nice chunk of Locatelli Romano to grate for the Italian dishes. Perhaps a decent chunk of cheddar for some crackers. A nice brie would suit me fine too. GOAT cheese I save for special times.
Ed comes home on Monday.

Ok guys I am so having a wine and CHEESE GTG on a Saturday this fall when Ed is doing his manly man football thing. He plays for a bar in the city every weekend. You guys just have to wait for me to unpack all my stuff. You bring the wine, I'LL bring the cheese!

OOOH have fun! Do a hora for me! I so cannot wait to do that. Great thing about my temple is that it is kosher style and not kosher. That means no shellfish or pork but we can have CHEESE!

LMAO My wedding is going to have a cheese display!! I was just looking at our menu and saw that!!

You have to understand how we fought about kosher catering before the engagement. He said 'My grandmother keeps kosher in her home - we have to have kosher.' To which I replied 'Your grandmother just ate a pork fried egg roll at the Chinese food restaurant the other night. She ain't THAT kosher.' He MUST have his pigs in a blanket. I must have my baked brie. I get the best of both worlds - a temple wedding with CHEESE!
