Posted by Goldi1021 Wouldn't that be 'Puta de queso?'
Hey now...yes, technically, but puta is too strong a word...so I stick with the whore for now since I learned it as a 'curse' not a word that you get 'tapabocas' or smacked by yo' mama for.

Re: ENTERTAIN ME!
I guess that makes me the gran puta de queso
my favorite is those mini bon bels or mini baby bels,,,although when it comes to sandwiches I have to have my muenster cheese!!!
I worked in a deli for 3 years during my teenage years, so I got to have my share of testing out the cold cuts and cheese and I have to say...Finlandia is the best swiss cheese!! Alpine Lace s ucks!!

It really depends on the situation.

I am Boricua by association. Actually, I took Spanish from Jr HS through college and paid attention. I understand when spoken slowly and I suppose I could get by well. Though I learned Castillian(sp) or the more formal spanish.

I agree! My sister says these words and when she does, sometimes I think my father and grandmother are going to have pass out!
My grandmother once told me in English, 'Ay, Hollie, no be nasty for God!' It was one of the funniest things she ever said!

Re: ENTERTAIN ME!
Oh yeah, her and my mom and my aunt....they all act like they're my age and stuff. It's actually pretty funny. I was playing one of those spanish house music songs where they start talking dirty, and what does my abuela do? Start dancing on the porch!!! She was shocked at the words but didn't care!!

Yeah and I was taught that 'sucio(a)' meant 'dirty' but not in a bad way. I suppose every country is different.

Sucia, if you call a woman that, is the equivalent to c unt in English. I hate that word!
