We booked with Chateau Briand and they use Erga's bakery. Does anyone know if I have to chose from one of their designs or if i can bring in pictures of designs I want????

Re: Erga's Bakery
FYI - Erga recently changed owners (in July or August, i believe) so their policy may have changed ... i'd call your RH and ask

Fox Hollow uses Francesco's bakery which is sooo yummy.

Re: Erga's Bakery
I heard from my coordinator...it's definitely Francesco's. I hope it's good! She also said we have to chose what we want the cake to look like from a book they have....anyone know if they are old fashioned or if they keep up with modern times??

Re: Erga's Bakery
Even from the book, they do have more modern options. Nothing with fondant or anything, but they do have (for example) square or found cakes with roses on them. Very pretty, just nothing 'out of the box' I'm sure they would work with you on upgrades, but it would definitely cost $$.
