so i placed an order with one of their vendors and it's been over 2 weeks and i still have not received it. The person said she sent them and then emailed me and told me she didn't and that she will do it priority mail so i get it on Monday. Well is Saturday and still nothing. i emailed her twice and she has not responded to me. What should i do?
If she hasn't returned your call or given a good enough explanation I would proceed to get my money back from PayPal or credit card. Make sure to email to let her know, so then she has the opportunity to make it right. If the credit card says anything just tell them you never received the services (product) you paid for.

Is it possible that your Etsy seller is away on a vacation? That happened to me on ebay, it took 2 weeks to receive something. I would give it 1 more week to be safe and then take necessary precautions.
Also-if your item is shippping from a state (or across states) thats experiencing bad weather conditions that can also delay your package.
