I TRY to wish girls well, but sometimes im looking at the pics, and something comes up here at work and i totally forget... but i always try to when i can. its nothing personal if i don't... i'd love to tell EVERYONE congrats, but sometimes i get distracted and just plain forget.
so if i forgot to tell anyone here congrats, please forgive me!

I too did NOT get many responses to mine either Even after I posted pics that people asked to see... oh well, I keep a mental note!

i know its impossible for everyone to answer every post, but you know when someone repeatedly stys off yours, thats what i meant here.Theres one who never replies to certain things & we think she thinks she is too good for us or our things arent good enough for her.

This wasnt meant to start anything just wanted to see if i was the only one who noticed this besides the few of us who have FM about it before.

I try not to pay attention...b/c as soon as I think someone is avoiding my posts...they post...

i try to post whever i feel i can be helpful - regardless of who started the post. i usually don't think about that part too much. i will think twice before posting if the thread has already started to take a 'dramatic' turn shall we say!!

I've noticed it as well! I thought it was just me.

I always try to comment when people post pics!! I think it is awful when you see that a post was looked at like 500 times & only a certain few comment or congragulate!

I respond to any thread that I have something interesting to add or if I am able to help regardless of who started the thread. I do try to offer congrats to everyone though but sometimes all these posts just get away from you and I might miss a few : ).

I've noticed that I definitely post more on threads of people I 'know' or who I've known online for awhile. There's a sense of relationship there whether we've met or not. There aren't any posters I ignore (with one recent exception) but I do try to stay away from nonsense.

Also like Stef, I avoid posting just to post. I don't need to say the same thing everyone else has already stated and I'm just not on BHB as much as I used to be. I can't keep up with all the new brides though I try to wish them well on their wedding day and congrats when they get back. But no doubt I've missed a bunch!

I generally don't post on the what did you eat for lunch, what car do you have, whats your bra size, where'd you go to school, how tall are you, etc posts. I like to post only if I have something of value to add.

(did I add any value here, I wonder )

edited to say: I have felt like some people avoid my posts, and there are others who I know I can always count on to respond!

I try and respond to everyone to the best that I can if its a question. If its pictures I always try and respond because I love to share pictures with everyone and when someone takes the time to share their pictures with us I try and respond to them.

Some threads I do like to read like the whats for lunch or diner threads because FI works nights and I hate to cook just for myself and sometimes I just dont know what too cook so those threads give me ideas.

But I try my best to respond to all those looking for help, venting or asking for opinions because I know if it was me I would want you girls to be there for me.

See, I only look for people like Lisat, Natasha, Claud, Anna, Deb, Lori, Liz, Jen, Sue, Leelee, Chippa, Nvrbd, Erica, Marni, etc to post on my threads and if they don't I hunt them down and say why you didn't post but other than that if you post you post, if you don't you don't as long as my peeps post on my thread I am cool.

PS I have stopped posting on all the I am addicted threads now and I try to tell every bride I see congrats, if I look I do say congrats. If its not on the first page of BHB I guess it will not get posted on by me, b/c I don't visit that side much. I am a Parenting/NW?NWR girl

I honestly try to post to most posts but this weekend has been a crazy one so i'm sorry if I didn't respond to many My life has been a huge running around episode lately but I will behave better once it calms down

Edited to say-Out of all honesty, I've been more concerned (addicted) in checking my registry lately then popping on here

I don't post on the picture posts all too often because my computer would take forever and a day to download the pics, but luckily, I have a much faster computer now! I don't know, I never really gave it much thought. Hmm, hope I didn't offend anyone by not wishing them well
