i was sitting here going over the last-minute stuff with my new caterer. so far so good.

my fh gets a phone call that goes to voice mail.

when he listens to the call, HE STARTS TO DANCE (which isn't pretty, because the boy has NO rhythm)

when i get off the phone, i ask, 'what's going on? you look like you're having an epileptic attack!'

he then tells me.......

WE'RE GETTING OUR MONEY BACK

the MIA caterer's husband called and said that he spoke to 'counsel' and was advised to GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK.

HE HAS 30 DAYS TO GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK BEFORE WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO TAKE THEIR BUTT TO COURT. (told to him by his lawyer)

OH, HAPPY DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thank you all for sticking with me, and for listening to me while i went on this roller-coaster.

i want to cry i'm so happy!!!! finally, some tears of joy

Great news! I can't believe they thought they would get away with that one and had to call a lawyer.

ditto... hey, they saved me the time!!!!

and money. if you had called a lawyer you would've paid for it!
