Exercise Equipment

Just curious if anyone had any equipment at home that they liked or didn`t like. All those info-mercials always make everything look so good. My future father-in-law had bought the AB-DOer and didn`t like it, so he gave it to us. I tried it last night, and think it might be good.

Exercise Equipment

Hi Kel, The only exercise machine I have at home is the Ab Roller Plus. It works. You can definitely feel it the first time you do it!!! It's good also if you have a bad back and neck like me. It doesn't hurt either. Other than that, I have mostly Tae-Bo videos, which I'm about to do now. Definitely try those. I'm also a member at the local gym. Good luck!

I have had the Ab-Roller for years and I still use it! Well, sometimes I do use it for hanging clothes:)
