You can get rid of cellulite... I had it on the back of my thighs, and after working out for a long time, it went away. It all tightened up. But I did workout 5 days a week, and did a lot of weights 3 days a week. So, it was hard work, but it is possible! Good luck!

Re: Exercise question...
saddle bags and cellulite are 2 TOTALLY different things..
Although there teally isn't anything to correct cellulite, being that cellulite is a connective tissue disorder, wokring out CAN minimize and soften the appearance of cellulite..
as for saddle bags, homegirl needs to do squats and lunges!!
and above all, eat right.. I live by the motto 'you are what you eat'

Re: Exercise question...
Girls- While we are on the topic, can anyone recommend a good SNACK protein bar with low carbs I can eat before the gym? I was eating a piece of fruit like a banana, but I wanna switch it up.
Thanks.

Re: Exercise question...
I think it really has nothing to do with how much you weigh at all. I'm slim, I'm 5'7' and weigh 122 lbs. BUT....I haven't been working out, so I'm not toned anymore, and now I have cellulite that I NEVER had before! I think it's really all about cardio and toning. If your muscles are toned, and your fat is reduced, your cellulite will be reduced as well. Even if it doesn't actually disappear, it certainly LOOKS like it's gone, and that's what really matters!!
My problem is I HAVE to eat carbs. I went on the Sugar Busters diet a few years ago, not to lose weight but just to eat healthier, less carbs, more protein, less sugar. In two months time I lost SO much weight I looked SICK. I was 113 lbs at 5'7'!! It took me months to gain the weight back. So I'm one of those people who has to eat 'bad' stuff just to maintain my weight.
But when I combine that diet with lack of exercise, I get saggy and bumpy.
GOTTA EXERCISE GIRLS!!! It's the key.

Re: Exercise question...
Marni, when you go home, you should try to do some vigrous walks around your neighborhood, even that helps. If you are into joggin you can jog too, the outdoors is way better than being inside. Kmart sells free weights really cheap, you can pick up some of those. Don't give up tho'
KMCwed, you are 122lbs and 5'7 wow you must be rail thin.

Re: Exercise question...
Shamma, I carry all my weight in the T and A!! LOL!! My arms and legs are thin, but I don't look like a beanpole because of the T & A. LOL!!!!!
My measurements are ALL screwy! Ordering a wedding dress was a trip! I'm a size 4 waist, size 8 hips, and size 10 bust!!! So they ordered me a size 8 dress, took in the waist, and jammed my boobs in the top!

Re: Exercise question...
I'm almost 5'8' and 115 - and I am no beanpole either! I've got curves on my little frame.
