Re: Exercise Videos

I am a recent addition to the 'Firm believer' following. The Firm rocks. Jennbaby, I bought mine at Target. It came with three tapes and the fannylifter. The infomercial offers some pills or something, too. You don't get them in the Target set, but I am not a fan of weight loss supplements/pills/etc. To frightening.

In case anyone cares, I think you can buy the fannylifter off oth the Firm website all by itself. But they really stress that it is not to be used for step aerobics other than the moves on their tapes. So you might need the tapes as well.

I so enjoy the firm and the fanny lifter causes me just enough pain to know that it is working, especially during those last few steps up. Oy.

I love the infomercials for the Firm and for Windsor Pilates...I always catch myself watching them - lol
I've heard good things about both from coworkers

Re: Exercise Videos

I really like the FIRM workouts!! I got the Fannylifter and the tapes that go with it but then I also got a bunch of other Frim tapes. They are really good, you feel like you got a great workout when your done!!
Does anyone know anything about Windsor Pilates...I want to try that next.

Re: Exercise Videos

Becky you can get the Firm set at Target? I have been debating ordering online but if they have the whole set w/ the liffter I'll go there. How long ago did you buy it?
