Hmmm that's a tough one. I guess your best bet is to find a good place that does tweezing and try to keep up with it every week.
And what about laser? I am not sure how it works but I think it's permanent.
I wouldnt do the laser for eyebrows if in the future you want to shape them differently then you're screwed. When i got laser the lady thought i wanted the top of my eyebrows lasered too and freaked out when she did it, and now im having trouble bc of it
Oohhh I wasnt sure of how it works. So it is premanent then. Yeh then forget I said that. Waht kind of problems are you having with it now?
yeah its permaneant...it messed up the shape a little bit and everytime i wax now its hard to get it to how it used to be, she only did it one time not everytime i went in to get laser so it should grow back but its taking forever
wait I have a question, you get your eyebrows lasered? My laser place (ALC) wouldn't do it - they say it's too close to your eyes. I didn't think anyone did it. I do everything else though lol.

NO in other posts i said the girl did the top of my eyebrows thinking i wanted it, i got mad about it right after she did it, i had my eyes closed so didnt know she was going to do it, i told her not to do it again....I also said a couple of times in here that you SHOULDN'T get your eyebrows lasered

it was just the top of the eyebrows where you have little hairs, she didnt try to do it under by the arch, but even the top part got me annoyed. She did it one time. I understand the little hairs on top are different and nobody would want them there anyways but still annoyed me, i see a difference in one of my eyebrows, although everyone else doesnt seem to see it but it annoys me lol

it should def grow back though - i've gone like 10 times for other stuff and it's still growing
i don't do the top at all when i get waxed - that's where i break out. i think it looks fine and even more natural; as long as the arch and middle are clear i'm happy.

oh yeah i know you have to get it done a couple of times for it to grow back, mine is taking forever and i did it last summer lol.
See i have very thick eyebrows so im a different story than most lol, its great for shaping though but i have to maintain it alot. It grows back in about every 2 weeks. Once i started doing the top i noticed a big difference, but some ppl dont really have hair on top so it doesn't matter, for me i wasnt getting the clean look all around.

They cut mine sometimes if they are too long on top. I used to do it but I just can't deal with the hives so I skip it now.
I think i started lasering Jan 06. No joke. and I go like every two months, and I'm still not happy. My eyebrows are the only things i still get waxed... and I actually miss waxing everywhere else - the lasering process is just frustrating.

Re: Eyebrow threading
I would definitley try tweezing or some of my friends, shape them with razors. Not sure how they do it, but since it is just cutting the hair on top of the skin there is no irritation.

i never break out from waxing, or even turn red but i know alot of ppl have this problem...They really shouldn't be cutting the hair.

Re: Eyebrow threading
not just because i work there..but JC PENNEY has a wax called nufree and its even okay to use on acutane clients..they dont even break out..and iusually burn but not with that wax
i would highly reccommend that wax.

Re: Eyebrow threading
I have been tweezing my eyebrows since I was a teenager. I do it about 2x a week -- hurt like a b*tch in the beginning but I don't even feel it now. Danielle, could you just have someone shape them for you with tweezers and then you can just do it yourself?

Re: Eyebrow threading
I have this exact problem, my bump and blisters usually last for like 2-3 weeks. Its awful. I usually dont get that many blisters on the bottom of the brow, maybe one or two so i asked my girl to wax the bottom and to pluck above brow where the blisters are horrible. SHe did it and I only had one tiny blister, and it only lasted 5 days.
