I posted about this a while ago: A very lovely friend of my mom's made a cardbox for me as a bridal shower gift. It's a sweet gesture, but It's pretty tacky looking, mostly because it has fake flowers glued all over the top, some a very artificial blue color. I'm afraid altering the box will be insulting.
I don't want to offend my mom's friend. Where I can put the cardbox at the wedding so that is there but not THERE? Thanks for suggestions.

I would have it placed behind you guys on a table... Maybe it wont be noticed too much there?

Can you set it out in a corner at CH and then have something different out in the open by the escort cards? So like 2 card boxes?
