Facial hair and you (not your face - how your react to MAN hair - hah!)

I'm not a fan. I've tolerated a goatee once; beards I cannot handle.

But the man's hair grows within 10 minutes of shaving and we have a deal with my hair length and the state of his face.

what a rare treat.

Vic insists on maintaing his chin hair. I am not a fan. I call them face pubes in an effort to get him to shave them off, to no avail.

Overall, I like a little scruff in my life.

DH has a constant Mountain Man look going. I insist on either daily shaving or that he grows it out slightly and trim. Day old stubble is just painful and no fun.

After reading the title, I was prepared to suggest laser hair removal!

FH's facial hair grows really fast! He never really gets a chance to grow it out like that though since he's required to be clean-shaven for Drill Weekends, so he just keeps up the habit throughout.

It is quite painful to feel the stubble rub up against my neck though

i was all ready to talk about my dramatic childhood issues with my una-brow and moustache.

i'm not a fan of facial hair...hate it hate it hate it. but that's just me...like the smooth clean shaven feel from DH

I love BM with facial hair. I actually requested he try a beard. With his shaved head - DAMN that boy is cute.
He needs a goatee though. Without it I feel like I'm bedding a 14 year old with early hair loss.

My fh has NO LIPS! And his chin is a bit small as well so with no goatee he looks - well, not as good as with one! So while I basically dislike facial hair I like it on him. I hate hate hate the way it feels and keeps our making out to a minimum which suucks immensely!

Kevin shaves once a week, usually on the weekends. So he'll be nice and clean in the beginning of the week and then he gets scruffy again by Friday. I like him both ways, it's nice to have the variety!! He's also started growing it into a Van Dyke, which looks good on him!! I just can't handle a beard, I mean anything longer than scruff has to go.

It's funny tho, when he's clean shaven he looks younger and when he's got facial hair he looks older!!

dated a guy with a goatee and a moustache that was like needles. It was like kissing a pin cushion. my skin is so sensitive that my face would get red and blotchy and have visible scratches. he would have looked good without it, too. i now sometimes wonder if his refusal to shave it off was sort of like a stance he was taking against me.

I used to swoon for the goatee and soul patch boys in the 90's.

Totally over it.

DH is afflicted by the same genetic challenge as StephanieElyse's hubby. He can't grow a beard to save his life. BUT he is always shaving anyway. He HATES scruff.

Me? I like it when he hasn't had the chance to shave. He is all rough and manly... delicious.

Beards remind me of my dad. Can't do a guy that reminds me of my dad. Gaaaaaaaaaaaross.
