Fairly inexpensive, but good DJ and Phototgrapher?!?

Hey Ladies- I am an overwhelmed, not very organized bride! I've been researching some different DJ's and Photographers, but really don't know what decent prices are. What is the average for a DJ for 5 hours? And what about photographers? I figure if I can get the average prices I can go from there.

I'm doing BOTH for under 5k AND that includes a photobooth through after hours! HTH!

I'm also using After Hours for DJ (they're SO reasonable and willing to work with your budget!) and I'm using Twelfth Night Photography - who are also very reasonable!

I think with a DJ you can shop around and if you are flexible you can get a great price. If you cut extras you can save a ton--name, photo montage etc.....

I used a DJ that came recommended from a friend and i loved him. Harry from Get your Groove on. Much better price than the vendors that are listed on here.

I am also using After Hours. The prices are great and Phil is not pushy at all. I love his communication. I get a response almost immediately even on a Sunday night. Cant help on the photographer cause ours cost us alot.

Price wise I have to agree Genesis gave sooooo much for what you paid AND Damian was such a sweetheart. Thomas Paul has been great to work with!
