fake nails to real nails

ok -
i think i am ready to soak off my wraps...BUT, i hate the growing out part of it. they peel, the chip, and they are massively short.

anyone have any ideas/advice/product help for doing this?

There is a nail product out there called naltique and I heard that it was amazing, I just never really wanted to spend $20 on it so I have used calcium gel and it worked really well to help strengthen my nails.

see, i tried the nailtiques and it never really made my nails, 'thicker'
i dunno!!
