Fancy Dresses

I want something breathtaking for my 'E' party..

Any suggestions where to look?

I've loked all over for a dress for my e-party and had the best luck at Saks Fifth Avenue in the city. I wanted something different and all the bridal salons I went to had similar plain bm dresses or too beady mob dresses.

My e-party is in February and while I bought a gorgeous dress from Saks that i absolutely love, I am stilll looking around, just in case I something else. If you have any other suggestions, as far as stores please let me know.

There is a store in Great Neck on South Middle Neck Rd. called Tallas that had some beautiful dresses. I saw a dress that I liked there before I bought the one from Saks.

I usually find nice things at Estelles on 110, but recently I've been noticing beautiful dresses at Lord & Taylor.

Isn't there some place on the island that makes one of a kind dresses..

I can't place the name..

People go there for Prom Dresses..

Ronnie - Are you thinking of SugarPlum in Lynbrook?

I went to look their too and found the sales woman too pushy and rude. She kept on trying to force me to try on these dresses that were totally not my style or taste. Finally I jsut walked out. IMO that place is overpriced for their dresses. JMO though.

There is a place in Merrick that is called Totally You. I don't know how fancy you are looking for? But my FMIL and FSIL get everything from there.. You walk into the store and tell them what color you want, and white size you are and they come out with so many beautiful dresses.
