My coworker and I have this thing called 'fat Friday' where we eat an exorbitant amount of food every other Friday. (We eat between 1200-1500 calories during the week.) Today was a fat Friday and I consumed:
Breakfast: Everything bagel with bacon cream cheese Small bowl of turkey chili oreo ball (oreos mixed with cream cheese and them frozen)
Lunch: Cuban sandwich from the Cheesecake Factory Piece of cheesecake (reeses pb cup/heath bar/caramel...) 4-5 more oreo balls
Dinner????? I just gained back everything I lost all week.............ugh!!!!!! Tasted good though!

how about that one week that were really need all that food? I'm sure we'd all looooooooooooove to eat like that when we have our stupid monthly friends.

LMAO....I am trying to justify that if I do something like this, it'll 'shock' my system a little and cause me to drop weight/speed up my metabolism.
Can you imagine if our bodies needed a JOLT like that every so often?

I had a fat week this whole week by consuming all the leftover favors and most of the food from my sisters shower, so why not continue today

also had a fat friday because we ordered pizza for my respite kids. i had 2 slices. now i feel blah and i have bpics on sunday. nothing til sunday now buit coffee and water.
