Re: father/daughter dance

This Saturday my sister got married and danced to 'Butterfly Kisses' with my dad and everyone in the place was sobbing. Next year I am dancing with him to Kenny Rogers 'Through the Years'.

Re: father/daughter dance

My dad wanted to dance to a waltz, so we'll be dancing to Daddy's Little Girl.

we are using In my Daughter eyes by Martina McBride. I have the lyrics if you want them

Is that new? I had my heart set on 'Through the Years' by Kenny Rogers (which you may want to use, cands, I just love that song ) - until I heard a new song just the other day on WALK 97.5 and almost cried in the car - it was so touching and beautiful. That sounds like the words - maybe that was the song I heard. I haven't heard it since . . . I'll have to check it out! If that's it - it's a beautiful song!

Re: father/daughter dance

we might use 'daddy's little girl' as well, he thought of it, i am the youngest of 5 daughters and the last to get married so that song would be nice
