Favor Question

Favor Question

We are planning on giving the guests wine stoppers as favors (or at least thinking about it).....But we don't think it's appropriate to give that to our guest that are under the age of 21. Is it okay to give them a different favor? And if so, any ideas?

We would like to give the real young ones something age appropriate and then something age appropriate to the guests who are older but not quite 21 yet. Does that sound crazy?

Any ideas?

Re: Favor Question

Ok great. I wasnt sure what the 'right' thing to do is. But just doesnt seem right giving young kids wine stoppers

I plan on giving the real little ones the wedding coloring books, crayons, games, etc... Can that count as their favor? Or should i get them something else too? And does anyone have any suggestions/ideas?

As for the ones in between....We have 9 who fall into this category. Any ideas?

Re: Favor Question

We gave bottles of wine as favors, so we were in a similar situation as you are.

Most of our under 21 guests were a lot younger, so we gave them each a silver yo-yo. We had the option to get them engraved, but decided not to since we made the decision late in the planning and didn't want to risk them not arriving in time.

Hey Date Twin!!!!!!

We are having 4 children between the ages
of 3 -7. And then there are 9 kids between the ages of 12-18.

I am probably doing the coloring books, candy, and maybe some small toys-wrapped up in something for each of the 4 children under age 7. But the ones 12 + I can't figure out what to get them. Any ideas?

You could also do a fun kids table with a different centerpiece, like ENJFT did for her wedding

A lot of those wine stoppers have the same design in bookmarks.

Re: Favor Question

Yeah, I def. think you want favors that are age appropriate. I'm thinking candy and coloring books for all the kids. But for the ones who are in between- I'm not so sure what to get.

I was thinking of getting the girls one thing and the guys another but I'm not having assigned seating- I mean there will be assigned tables but not assigned seating- so i cant do different gender gifts. lol

What about maybe a small gift card ($5-$10)
to like I-Tunes, Napster or something like that so they can download a few songs?

I can see them really liking that.
