Favor's Again

I was thinking about this all night..
Is it ONE gift per couple?

If they are married or living together I would think maybe BUT what if they are just dating, and they are going home to different houses, shouldn't they each get a gift? I mean theoreticly they are EACH giving me a gift even if they say it is from both of them.

What is the way to do it?

Re: Favor's Again

One per couple or if the guest comes alone they get one. Most men don't care about the favor -- so I wouldn't worry about it. Most people give out one per couple.

Re: Favor's Again

do believe it is ONE gift per couple, but I agree w/you, so I am going to have many extra, that way everyone can get one if they want. I'm doing CD favors myself, so I can afford to do a lot, if I were buying favors, I'd probably stick to 1 per couple, and have just a few extra b/c of the greedy people that grab 2 when nobody's looking

Re: Favor's Again

One per couple is pretty standard. That's what we're doing.

Re: Favor's Again

lizlen, you had me cracking up.

I had a fex extras at my wedding also. But I went to SIL a few weeks ago, why did she have two in her house. You know I was heated b/c I don't even have two for myself. But, I let it go.

Re: Favor's Again

We are doing 1 per place card. Basically, if they live together, they are getting one invitation and one place card, but if they don't live together and I send them separate invitations (and thus separate place cards), I will give them each a favor. But, if they don't live together and one of them was 'and guest' then they are only getting one favor for the one place card. If I wind up with extra favors, then maybe I will give the 'and guest' people a favor too, but most likely not.
