Brand or item? All my cookware is either corning or analon... but my favorite item is my Crate and Barrel pizza pan! We make pizza all the time! It is our most used item.

totally open question. you may feel free answer.
I love my faberware becauses it lasts forever and i don't have an gas stove so many of the other cookwares would be wasted on my stove.

we love our griddle...it goes on the burner...and its great for pancakes...bacon...eggs...grilled cheese...quesadillas...I could go on and on

I love All Clad but do NOT have the $$$ to replace everything.. and I didn't get my Pots & Pans I wanted for wedding.. I have Farberware- they are OK- do the trick..

But my most FAVORITE pan is my cast iron- it's the BEST- holds heat SO well.

I love my Calphalon too!

I think my sngle favorite piece of cookware is my double-sided grill/griddle from Crate & Barrel... fits over 2 burners and is just SO convenient for browning without having the food sit in oil, and has SO much room for grilling too... also makes fabulous pancakes!!!

I like my Circulon but I also love everything I own by Pampered Chef! I have a baking stone, kitchen utensils, kitchen shears, the BEST microwave dish, etc.

I have Calphalon pots and pans, and while I am certainly not an expert on cooking, they serve me well.

My favorite item to cook with has to be my wok. Ilove stir frys.

I used to have this huge double-burner cast iron skillet-thing...I loved it. It made the best cajun chicken, but I couldn't figure out how to clean it properly (it ended up rusting) so I had to throw it away

I have a big stew pot from Le Crueset and it was the best cookware piece we ever bought. It cooks thoroughly and heats evenly and it's so sturdy. I just love it, even the heaviness of it.

I got all my Circulon but have not used any of it b/c we are waiting until we are married. So it just sits in the box until next year

I've collected All-Clad for years - the black finish first, lately the silver, though now I wish I'd gotten all the silver finish.

Specialty pans - I love my cast iron fry pan and my cast iron dutch oven - both well seasoned. And though they are rarely used, I couldn't live without my well seasoned traditional french omelette pan and crepe pan.

And for French Toast, Pancakes, and Fried Eggs, my big round Cuisinart griddle.
