Favorite Workout DVDs?

Which workout DVDs do you like?

I have been doing Walk Away the Pounds with Leslie Sansone and Tae Bo. But I am starting to get bored.

Any recommendations?

I prefer to go to the gym and run on the treadmill but with nicer weather coming I will be biking and roller blading as well. I also have Billy Blanks bootcamp and the firm, both are wonderful

I also prefer the gym, but you could try other tapes - kickboxing, pilates, yoga, I know there are a bunch of dance tapes out there too.

Turbo Jam!!

It's relatively new on DVD but has been in gyms for years (called Turbo Kick). They are by far the most fun DVD workouts I've ever done. It feels more like you're dancing but you're still sweating all over the place.

I have like 25 tae bo tapes - it's the only workout I do!

I love taebo! I feel like nothing else works my body as hard as an advanced taebo workout - I like the older tapes better though.
