I'm thinking of a favor that would come in a large box (espresso cups) too big for the table, I think.
It would def have to be one per couple based on the expense of it.
If we have a favor table, how do we let people know of this?
My cousin had a wedding last year and ran out of favors. it must have been one per couple but people took one per person.
Thoughts?

Re: Favors - 1 per couple - How to enforce?
You could make a cute little sign and put it on the favor table, something saying one per couple.

i dont know if its a cultural thing-- but in my family the bride and groom give one to each couple as they say bye.... again it could completely be a cultural; thing... but thats how we do it :)

I was going to write a list of how many should go on each table according to who was sitting at the table if that makes any sense after I doing me seating arrangements if there is 5 couples at the table 5 would go there but if there is 1 single person and 5 couples I would put 6

I'm toying with the idea of a table with a sign that says something to the extent of: we thank you and hope each family enjoys a token of our appreciation...obviously worded better
OR
We will put 5 on the table if there are 5 couples at the table.
I'm really not sure, and just getting used to the idea of doing favors to begin with lol

This is how I've seen other couples do it when it was 1 per couple.

You could have your RH hand them out to couples as they're leaving.

If it's an issue, I think the answer is to reconfigure your seating card table to somehow have the seating cards attached to the favor. That way there can be no question as to who goes home with what.

Idk my RH offered me that service when I was discussing favors with them when I was first considering them.
I was also considering wine favors which I think would have been easier to determine couples.

yeah, why don't you attach the favors to the seating cards somehow? like make a display out of it?

Just put a favor between 2 plates. If there are 10 people at the table...just put 5 favors there!

But what about people who aren't couples

You could personalise the tags the same way you send the invites if you don't want to hand them out in person? Might make them harder to hand out...
