Any new and interesting ideas for favors? We are considering protraits or charity donation?
That's a nice idea for a favor. We are actually thinking of doing bottles of wine with custom lables. I love wine and wine tasting so I thought this was perfect. I saw a bride's review today with a bride who picked hot sauce as a favor which I am actually considering if the wine thing doesn't work out. FH and I love hot sauce so I think it's a cute favor to do.
We're doing a donation and we will attach some kind of card to gourmet biscotti.
How funny you say that.... my guy loves tabasco! He actually said he wanted it as a favor and i thought it was a totally different idea and our guest will surely know it's all him! LOL
Yeah, I like that idea too but my fiance is leaning another way. The gourmet biscotti, is that boxed or mini baggies??/ It's an interesting idea.
We are giving a donation. We will give our guests a scroll explaining the donation and we are thinking about also getting chocolates from Lake Champlain chocolates to go with it. The chocolate company is based in Vermont where FH grew up and we were trying to incorporate little things from his home town since we are having the wedding on LI.
last year for my cousin's wedding they didn't do favors. well traditional favors rather. he hired a seperate photog that took pics of guests as they can in. he stayed til the ceremony began. he had his computer and printer things with him and printed the pics, put them in a nice photo holder and set them up on a table for the guests to pick up.
