I am going to make donations to 2 charities in lieu of favors. Does anyone know how much is the norm for donations or how much is typically speent on favors?? Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!

I don't think there is a 'norm'. Some people spend $1 per favor, some people spend $10 or more. You should budget for favors the amount you can afford. HTH Like, I 'budgeted' $500 for favors, and mine came to $7.00/per couple for 120 people (I bought 65 favors). How many people are you having?

thank you so much! It is so hard because with favors, you can shop around for the best deal but with donations, some people know what you spend.

there isn't a 'norm' for donations (not that i know of)... just donate whatever is in ur budget or what u can afford.
