Favors
I truly cannot decide on a wedding favor. I would like to be budget friendly but also make it something my guests are pleased with. What were some of your favorite favors you have received from being a guest at a wedding?

I'm in the same boat, we're also having a theme so we want to incorporate it as well. Here's a link I just found, hope it helps!http://www.buzzfeed.com/peggy/useful-wedding-favors-your-guests-will-actually-want

We are stamping wooden hinged boxes with a celtic knot, staining and polyurethaning them. We will fill them with 5 flavors of single serve tea. The boxes can later be used for jewelry, change, odds and ends, etc.Pics are in my photos if you are interested.

i usually throw out or leave the favors at weddings lol... id do anything edible or a donation... i am leaning more towards a donation because i feel like theres already a ridiculous amount of food at a wedding

Re: Favors
I'm doing mason jars with chalkboard stickers so it'll also act as a place card. I'll have their name and table number and attach a straw. They'll be a sign telling people to use the jars for their drinks during the reception. Then when they go home they can erase their name and write flour or something lol were having a rustic theme.

Edible favors are always a win with me. But since our cocktail hour and reception already have TONS of food we wanted to do something not food related. We've been to a couple weddings with photo booths so the unlimited prints from our Photo Booth contract were a good favor in our eyes. The ones we have from other weddings are so funny and bring back good memories!

Mini spruce trees with a burlap or red fabric wrapping the bottom. They can be planted in the yard.

The apple butter and caramel apples are making my mouth water. I like edibles, too, but we are having SO MUCH food at the wedding.......so, we're doing something that smells like food.
Travel size soy candles in little silver tins. 1/2 of them smell like buttercream and the other 1/2 like red velvet cake. My closet smells divine right now.

Edible ones have been my fav for sure. I've had some fantastic cake pops and truffles from a fresh approach, and also mini gourmet pies! Yummo lol I'm doing bbq sauce since I'm in the summer too. Something edible/drinkable always seems a big hit!

I've gotten the usual favors from shot glasses to wine bottle toppers. I really wanted something different for my wedding. So I'm doing a Photo Booth & maybe apple cider as favors.
