Favors help need everyones honest opinion!! PLEASE

My mother and I got the idea to use a pickle ornament for the favors....everyone that knows me knows I LOVE PICKLES !!

The tradition goes that the first child to find the Christmas pickle gets an extra gift from Saint Nicholas, or a year of good fortune.

The question I have is do you think alot of people will already own the christmas pickle?

I know of this tradition, and I love it as well.

I think that would be cute lol As for the people who don't know what it is, they will definitely be like 'What the heck!?' but I think it's a cute idea. :)

I have a Christmas pickle and every year fh sandwiches it between to large Christmas ball ornaments (I'm sure you get the picture).

i have a pickle- and my son races to find it each year!! he also is the one who wants to hang it on the tree too!!!!! most come with the story when you purchase them.

i say go for it!!! it is a wonderful idea
