Favors to box or not to box!?
I bought beautiful Lenox leaf dishes as favors. They're not any of the favors Lenox offers spec. for favors they're bigger and you can actually use them and they're not chinsy! The question is should I box them or wrap them up in the nice tulle with Godiva in them? My FH said to box them.

I would box and wrap them. They didn't come in a box?

No, the jerks only had huge boxes and really didn't give a S*** that I was spending thousands of dollars in their store. I know it's anal and superficial but it bothers me that they won't have 'Lenox boxes!'

I'd feel the same way! I'd be pissed that now I have to go hunt down boxes.

it's all about the packaging - definitly box, and then you can stack!

I like the way stacked boxes look -- the shape of those, so elegant once in use, really may be unwieldly to display otherwise.

What about buying the boxes from lenox? They have a warehouse in South Jersey and I have seen gift boxes for sale there. If you don't want to use a plain box, then I would go with the tulle & candy thing but they will need to be packed carefully when you bring them to the caterer.
