Favors vent!!!! (A little long)

We are sooo upset. The shot glasses for the favors were delivered today, if you can call it that. At least 35-40 of them were broken; some just chipped, others broken in pieces. Of the rest of them, the quality of the glass is crappy, with bumps, ripples and pitted areas. Also, many of the glasses had chips in the paint of the design. We are so upset. They could have been so nice. I am going to call them tomorrow. If they tell me the bumps and ripples and stuff are simply the nature of the glass, we will have to accept that. However we will still need them to replace all the broken ones, and hopefully all the ones with the chips in the paint. They may not have been very expensive, but for the amount of money we spent on them, we shouldn't have to settle for less than quality work. I am including the pictures to show you what they look like. We liked the way they look, otherwise. I stuffed it with a tissue to give a little contrast so you can see the writing. If you can't make it out, the front has our names and the date, with double hearts in the middle, and the back says 'Live well, laugh often, love much'.

So upset!!!
