FBIL isn't coming to the RD

I am so pisssed/upset/hurt right now because of my FBIL. He knew we were planning on doing the rehearsal the weekend before the wedding and on Sunday he tells FH that he won't be able to come. He's going to Florida that weekend with his fiance to go see a Miami vs Jets football game! He's such an a$$hole! He hasn't done anything for FH and he's his twin brother and our best man! My FH is so upset, but instead of saying something to his brother he's taking it out on me, which is making me want to call FBIL and tell him exactly what I think of him. FH wants to handle it himself, but I'm tired of watching his brother and his FW walk all over us!

FBIL's are poop!
My FBIL didn't want to stay at FH's bachelor party because he had to help his girlfriend of one week move.
Has done nothing for FH wedding related and who knows if he will even give us a gift.
Needless to say he is not the best man. FH's best friend is but that was decided from the get go.

I actually told FH to ask his brother if he would rather step down as best man since he hasn't done anything thus far and he few things he's even expected to do are too difficult for him. One of FH's friends has been awesome throughout this process and I would like FH to make him the BM.

Let this FBIL know that the wedding is about you and your FH. He took the responsibility to be in the wedding (right, i think this is what you said), so he needs to step up to the place for his bro. If you have a close relationship with him, I would call him up and tell him this. Also, his fiance should be telling him the right thing to do!

In all likelihood she's playing a big role in why they WON'T be there. She's not a very nice girl and she doesn't really get along with any of us (friends and family). She didn't even go to my shower.
