My colors are Navy Blue and Garnet. MOH in the Blue and BM's in Garnet.!!!! Flowers are all different shades of reds, garnet, burgundy, pink and tons of ivy.

ooo....that sounds pretty. My girls are wearing a burgundy dress and carrying white calla lillies. My fiance and I are getting married on my grandmother's bday and she died a few years ago.
Her favorite flower was the calla lily, she carried them on her wedding day. So I wanted to incorporate them into my wedding, I'm a little sentimental like that. The groomsmen are wearing minature calla lily boutenieres ( I think my spelling is wrong). I will have ivory roses with stephanotis and dark mauve calla lillies in my bouquet, and my fiance is wearing an ivory rose with stephanotis.

I am having my MOH in Black, girls in Gray, JB in black and flowergirl in white. Our roses will be MOH with pink, girls black magie with pink and me with black magic.

KKFeb, it is so nice that you are having it on your grandmother's birthday. It will make your day even more special. By the way, are you going to the seminar at the Fox Hollow on MOnday? Ill be there.

Alias, I like your combination of colors. Sounds beautiful! Can't wait to see picts.

FYI- I went to try on bridal gowns. I didn't like any of the sleeves (which I thought I wanted) So it looks as though I'll be going for strapless, capsleeves, or thin straps) I didn't want strapless because I don't like my arms, but the veil covers them. LOL I guess I have to start working out on my arms!

JuJu- I didn't want strapless either, I hate my fat arms but when I tried it on I loved it. I am thinking of adding spaghetti straps to mine to to make me feel more comfortable. I don't want to be pulling up my dress all night. My veil covers my arms too. Thank God.

JuJu...I didnt go last night, I went to a seminar at the Fox Hollow in February, right after I booked there. What did you think of it? P.S. I think my gradmaother would be happy too.

It was somewhat imformative. I'm not sure if I will go with their vendors....just depending if they are somewhat comparable. I saw the honeymoon suite. It is beautiful!

I didn't go over to the hotel yet. My fiance and I are up in the air about the whole hotel thing. He really wants us to party with our friends after the reception. I do too, but he wanted to go to a bar on the South Shore where we live. I quite honestly know I am going to be exhausted, so would rather hang in a hotel for a while and then go up to my room. I know another girl getting married at Fox Hollow and the hotel is letting her use the conference room to hang out in after the reception. Apparently, you can buy beer from the Hotel and hang out there. Then whoever stays over gets a nice breakfast in the morning. I am not sure of prices so I need to call them, and also ask to what extent this is all true.
I went to one of their vendors, Simply Elegant for flowers. I am using them. They gave me a good price, especially since I am getting married the day before Valentine's Day and I am using mainly Calla Lillies, which are a little on the pricey side. I saw some of their samples and photos, and their work looked beautiful.

If any of your guest are staying at the Fox Hollow inn.....dinner and breakfast are included. I did hear that the Inn will let you hang out at the lounge.

What are all my fellow February brides doing for favors? Anything to do with winter? I would like to do something aimed at the season, but I don't know what to do. My mom just wants to do the wine bottles. Any ideas?
