Let go from his job.

His paycheck is our PRIMARY source of income. I don''t know what we're going to do. Without that paycheck, we can barely make ends meet.

And get this he was let go from his job at the post office because (he got into a fender bender, going 5 miles an hour) and they told him he had to pay $8000 or he would be fired. Of course federal employees are not liable for it so he denied. So they told him, he was terminated. SOo upset and my dad wants to hire a lawyer.

If you're a lawyer pllleeeeaaassse give me some insight.

I'm having a meltdown and don't knoiw what we're going to do.....

I am so sorry you are going through this! I agree with everyone... def contact a lawyer! It doesn't sound like a legit reason at all!

I'm so sorry!

That definitely doesn't sound right. Your dad is right and should definitely hire a lawyer. In the meantime, unemployment will help out a lot. Good luck!!

OMG i am soo sorry you are going through this... defiantly talk to his union first. This is what they are there for. They will probably assign a lawyer to him since it is their job to defend him when a situation like this comes up...

Keep you head up it will all work out in the end...

omg i am so sorry you're going through this.
i am a lawyer and the only thing i can say without knowing more information is the only way they can do that legitimately is if there's some kind of clause in his contract... i'd def look into that. good luck
