So I've been really good on my WW plan. I have been tracking and nt snacking as often.
Sadly the scale was NOT MOVING... It just remained the same which is better than a gain. However, my clothes felt a little better, I noticed a difference in how much I could eat. I was getting fuller much quicker, and just feeling 'better' overall
Today weighed myself at home and dropped like 4 lbs! Felt sooo good to finally see that number move!

Congrats lady! Keep up the good work........but be careful of the scale at home. Don't let it make you crazy.

i weight myself daily tooo....it can drive me nuts but its mostly just to see how im doing...i only count my Friday weigh ins as my official weight
