for us hispanics--xmas day is great and all...but the REAL PARTY is xmas eve. oh yeah the pernil has been slowly roasting in my mom's oven alllll day and the arroz con gandules is gonna get made in a little bit....mmmmmmmmmmmmm

And then Christmas Day kinda sux hahahahah

hahahahaha!!!! I hear that!!! We're half Cuban, so I know when i get to my parents house some nice Crunchy Chicharone (sp?) will be there for me to crunch!!!! and some delicious frijoles negros con arroz blanco!!!!! YUM and my most favorite, FLAN! and since I am also half Italian, dad will have some delicious Lasagna there too!!!!!! LOVE IT!!!!

We're half Cuban, so I know when i get to my parents house some nice Crunchy Chicharone (sp?) will be there for me to crunch!!!! and some delicious frijoles negros con arroz blanco!!!!!
