So this morning me and fi went to a fertility clinic to check out his swimmers, he had cancer when he was 17 and underwent chemo and radiation for two years. Things for the most part are normal or close to normal. I wanted him to take this test because I was worried. Is anyone worried about fertility issues with yourself or fi?

I do all the time. Being a doc - I see aaaaallllllOOOT and it is really scary. Also my mom had a really hard time conceiving myself and my brother (4 miscarriages before i was born and I am a twin - however my twin didn't survive ) I have been on and off the pill since I was 19y/o because I have endometrial hyperplasia and the pill helps regulate me - so I am a little freaked out. My FH is also a twin, so hopefully if all is well with me - we may have twins

Can I just say I know about 3 couples who were told they couldn't have kids...so they all adopted...and guess what? They all got pregnant! Another friend who has horrible gynecological problems and was told she'd never have kids is now pregnant with her 4th!!!! just keep beleiving, and sometimes miracles can happen!

YES definitely worried since I have a lot of gyn problems and my hormones are totally messed up But I'm not stressing it too much right now since I'm in no rush for kids anyway and I have a million more urgent things on my mind right now

Yes I have thought about it....I worry alot too..and I always worry if me or FH will be able to produce a baby ...I mean nothing runs in our family when it comes to bad pregancies..but you never know..if anything TWINS run in my moms fam...she had twins..but one of my bros died when he was born ...in any case..I will also leave it in Gods hands...plus I am working to become a speech pathologist..dealing withc hildren..and you see how many problems can come out of a pregancy..or after...Down syndrome, ADD, autism, cerebal playsi but I am not going to think about that

I am glad that you fh is okay.
One doctor diagnosed me with polysitic ovaries so who's know's how it will be. i will be at 30 plus before fh and i have children. ]
