FH and arguing

Original post by cw0904

How often do you argue and about what?

I am just curious as I am starting to notice a trend with FH and I.
We argue every once in a while. There are weeks when everything is great, we have an awesome weekend and then come Monday, we want to strangle each other. The strangest thing is we argue more on Monday mornings than any other day or time. How weird is that?!

Re: FH and arguing

I still have arguments with my sister on cleaning the bathroom! Can you believe it! We are 27 and 25 yrs old respectively. You think we would have figured this out since we have been doing it for over 15 years!! We love to get on each others last nerve anyway. That makes our relationship so special.

Hubby and I argue about his procrastination, always about him washing the bathtub or unpacking and putting away the laundry, nothing more. I guess he likes to hear my mouth. WHo knows.

we bicker too... only had one major argument.

Its mainly over him doing the dishes, the ONLY chore he has to do... and he lets it go until it smells sometimes!!
Also we'll fight when we both think we are right about something... he can get pretty snotty in those fights! and he can never admit he's wrong... (his friends tell him the same thing, so i know its not just with me heehee)
but other than that its just stupid stuff that we forget about in 2 minutes.

Actually, I think we've been arguing more often lately, which semi-worries me. We are both SO different, which I know is good in some ways, but it also brings lots of opportunity for disagreements.

2nd-time-around don’t worry. It is okay to argue. As long as the arguments aren’t recurring over the same topic/situation its okay.
My stubborn self has definitely learned to be more patient. Thanks to FH. But sometimes I won’t budge. I am a woman hear me roar, stand your ground way of thinking kicks in!
I really have to laugh b/c after everything is all said and done, FH and I just laugh at each other at how silly we get when we are annoyed with each other. Like we are 5 years old or something.
