hmmmmm. i say call and ask to speak to the owner. explain what happend and let him know that you dont want to work with 'that' person. see if he would be willing to take over.

btw, if they say the owner isnt in. give them one day and have FH call asking for the owner.

If you are having problems now it will only get worse. Besides, why should you have to chase someone to give them your money.

i wouldnt use the company at all.... how annoying what they can't return a phone call? bye..... no time for you when there are plenty of over florist. I just met with flowers by gina... and im in love :)

NO QUESTION!!! MOVE ON!!! there are way to many flower 'fish' in the sea to settle for anything less that great Cust service!!!! ok corny BUT i would totally move on!
