FH is really p&*^ing me off!!

Sorry had to say it!! Im getting married MArch 18th.... Ive been trying to get is Cornell buddies addresses from him in order to drop them off to the calligrapher for a month and he keeps telling me in a few days!! Ive finally lost it!! He said I need to RELAX ( the nerve of him to use the R word!!) He said i should just p/u the invites and give them to the calligrapher with what I have and he'll write out the rest when he gets them....for some reason that is just not good enough

Am I turning in bridezilla? or Am I correct in assuming that men truly dont understand!(maybe he just doesnt get it!!)

Not you are not turning into Bridezilla. I think you are 100% right. Men really don't get it sometimes. They don't get that you can not write out the invites. They have to look uniform and pretty. This is your most important day of your life that you will only experience once. I always try explaining calmly, doesn't always stay calm, but I do try. Seriously though, just get him and sit him down with no TV. Can you call them yourself?

I was thinking about it but i dont know all of them its about a total of 16 people so its a pretty large group....he claims to have left a message for someone today but mind you on Sunday nite I had told him that i was going to p/u and d/o at the calligrapher on Friday and that I needed them....he told me to 'stop beating a dead horse' and that he said he would get them..hmmmm ....Friday is tommorrow!!

Yeah, I need more then a drink! Well, then I would put a scare into him, but nothing mean. What that would be, not really sure b/c I don't know either of you. I would tell my fiance flat out, either he gets me them or they are not coming. He would move faster then a speeding train! Let me know how it goes and good luck! REMEMBER: You are not a bridezilla.

Listen it took me forever just to get Paul to start looking at halls and any party I've ever thrown I can't get him to get addresses of his friends. Maybe if you call one friend they can get in touch with or tell you how to get in touch with the others. Good Luck

I graduated from Cornell and all the alumni addresses can be found from the Cornell website using his old Cornell ID! Much easier than trying to contact all of his buddies! Good luck! click here

This is not too much to ask at all. This is something that can be done in a few minutes... max a day. With the internet, etc. this isn't difficult. Tell him you have so much to do and it would be very helpful if he could just do this now because it will be one less thing you will have to worry about and it will make it easier for you to relax if it's done.
