FH wants to name one of our kids Clapton. Yes, after Eric.
I think the kids will tease him and say he has The Clap!
I love Aurora. One of my favorite names for a girl. He's not too keen on it.

hahaha My FH wanted to name our son Marley, after Bob Marley. I don't like it at all, but it's better than Clapton heheh. I said we can name a dog Marley. He also wants Layla for a girl after Clapton's song. I have started to LOVE that name so that will be a definite, but like it spelled Laila.

everytime i think of the name brooklyn, i think of posh and becks, they names their son brooklyn cuz thats where he was conceived

This thread is too funny. At least you have a choice of the first name for your child, there are some children who are stuck with awkward last names. I had a girl in my high school whose last name was BUTT. Poor girl . . .

haha.. it's easy to be ok with thinking like that when the kids are still a thought.

Wait till his 'little girl' turns 16 and wants to date some guys. He might have a quick change of heart w/the names lol.

I do like Brooklyn though. I even like it for a boy.

I once knew a kid in Adelphi who was Named Neuman Neuman. (guess his parents didn't like him that much!)
