I got one no today verbally...someone at work..his kids surprised him with a vaca during that time no biggie...cuz two people i thought would say no said yes!!!!!!!!!

here's the thing.. most of Italy will say no. We know 6 are def coming. But you can't invite the kids and not the parents...so those will be no.
If 20% says no, I will be at about 150-160 which is what we budgeted for.
I told FH, if we have more, he better figure out a way to get more money b/c we don;t have it!
