FH'S BUILDING HIT BY CRANE!!

Girls.....FH called me hysterical crying!!! IT was his crane from his building that hit the other building but his guys were on the street and teh crane operator has now died.....i can't believe this!!! I am crying right now so thankful that FH is ok but he is so scared!!! Tonigh's our rehearsal and this week we have been give moreee than we can deal with!! Please pray for FH and his workers!!!

glad your FH is ok

Just heard on the news that one the workers that was killed was supposed to get married in 2 weeks

praying for both that were killed and anybody that was hurt

I feel for your future husband. My father was an operating engineer. It is so sad what has happened and very traumatic for the workers as well as the residents nearby. My thoughts are with both of you.

i get so scared about this...and to top it off there was talks of closing all the job sites because of this...ugh this is not a good time to be out of work.

Ladies thank you so much for your thoughts and prayers. THANK GOD Fh is (physically) alright!! He is soooo devastated over the wholee thing! He actually saw the crane operater die it was so sad!! We had our rehearsal tonight and it was so nice but FH really was still so upset over the whole thing. He even stayed alone in church for 10 minutes to pray thanking God to be alive and praying for the families and fiance of his friend whose life was taken. Thank you again for your kind thoughts.... we felt them all day!!!

Thank you again ladies!!! Just woke up (having a hard time sleeping) and it's 1 week until the wedding but not feeling very excited this morning. FH's picture is on a full page of the NY POST.....there's a pic of him crying and he was so upset that they used it but it gave oursiders true insight as to what was really going on yesterday and how all the workers were feeling. I pray for the crane operator's family....what a tragic story!

Im really sorry to hear this .. that is so scary. My family just lost a close friend in the last crane collapse a few months ago. I hope everything is okay:.. glad he is alright forlorn:

Thank you!!! And i am sorry about your family's lose as well! It is so scary how these things happen. People really underestimate the hard work of construction workers or any kind of laborer for that matter. FH tells me stories of how high up he is on 50 story buildings and i get so nervous everyday!!! It was very strange bc a few days before my sister's wedding....FH fell off a ladder and hit his head realllllly bad. And now a week before our wedding this happens!! I am just so thankful he is alright!!
