FH really wanted this and I told him it was too expensive for a cake topper but secretly I was going to do it anyway...especially after seeing how sad he was I said no so here it is!.........
.........Our Mini-Couple!
It was made my the amazing Nicole Clark www.nicolewong.com I emailed her about my interest in the topper and she responded in minutes. She is a consumate pro and amazing artist. I like that her work kind of looks like us but not exactly ( I have a weird fear of lifelike dolls lol).
She sent out a questionaire about what we will be wearing, the flowers we are using and what special touches we would like so since its for FH I added a Yankee cap and on his feet are supposed to be Chuck Taylors. If you notice they are sitting its b/c we're going to have them sitting on a tier of the cake since I also have a rhinestone topper for the top layer.
I love it, and I cant wait to see his face!!

Thanks! I sent pics of ourselves so she could get my hair down, she even curled them b/c i'm getting my locs curled for the wedding. I told him under NO CIRCUMSTANCES can he wear the hat for the ceremony...but i'm sure it will come on sometime during the reception..it wouldn't be him without it lol. Should make for cute pics

You absolutely should contact her. Nicole is in Canada so it could be quicker. She is super fast, I would say from my first email to when I got the topper it took all of 3 weeks and she sent pics with each stage of the progress.
