FMIL just came back from portugal and brought me two pretty sweater dresses! I'm actually wearing one right now. They are too sweet, I don't know what to get them!!!
FH and I are brokeee.
FMIL really wants a pomeranian but they are money...

I got my mil a new sewing machine, she LOVES sewing, and she told me hers broke, and she could not afford a new one.

We are making them a basket of their 'Favorite Things'. We are just going to make a giant gift basket of things we know they love (particular types of coffee, foods that they love that they can't get upstate, etc). I never know what to get them and thought this would be nice!

Probably the same type of stuff as last year. FILs don't really have any hobbies or collect things.
So for FFIL a sweater or jacket FMIL either a purse or edible arangement

i wish! originally i only wanted to get for the kids, but FMIL would FLIP if she didnt get anything, she thinks that since we are saving for the wedding, we should also have saved for lavish gifts. so a thoughtless coach bag it is. my parents dont want anything bc they understand we are tight on money, but if we get FMIL we will get them a little something also.
