Awwwww Im so sorry!!!! People are inconsiderate and many only care about themselves.... I cant believe they said they were going and just didnt show up- they could have at least told you the truth from the beginning..... it really is true- during your wedding planning... you really see who is there for you- and who could care less.
I wonder if people said yes before they knew it was the Superbowl? Either way, how rude. Sorry you went through that. What a nightmare.
it's funny because as you get older, year by year, you start to realize who your true friends are. Friends aren't the people that you HAVE to hang out with once a week, or once a month. They are the people that maybe you don't talk to for a week, or a month, but the moment you need them, or vice versa, they're there! It works the same way with family. So don't get upset, look at it as almost like an epiphany :o)
