finalizing the menu

SO we have our apt this evening to finalizing the menu..And go over other details. What other questions should I be thinking of asking??

ok this is waht I have so far:
Cake filling can we taste it???
Ask about your linen colors.
Find out if they can throw some items in if you do not make your minimum.
make sure you now the name of the person in charge the day of
floor plane and number of tables(#of pp per table)

any thing else?????????

Ask them when exactly you can bring your favors, table cards, etc. to the hall. Go over every single thing you are getting and make sure you have everything in writing.

You might want to call them up and tell them you want to taste it ahead of time, because they might not have any on hand. Or else you can set up another appointment to do it.
