FINALLY decided what I want to do as Centerpieces!!
After much (trial and) error while creating my own Curly Willow centerpieces, I have a new idea that I think I'm in love with.
My color scheme is Green & White w/ yellow accents. I started looking at living centerpieces so people could take them home with them and continue to grow them if they wanted. I also knew I wanted the 'tree' look, to go with my green scheme.
Then, I thought: who doesn't like fruit? And I remembered growing up with an orange tree in our house which was so pretty. So, I'm now doing Citrus Tress as Centerpieces!
Specifically, Meyer Lemon Trees. Even if they don't grow fruit in time for the wedding, I still think they'll be pretty with the green leaves, planted in a white pot.
I'm researching a few different companies, most of which have a guarantee that if they plants die, they're replace them. And their prices really aren't bad at all, especially for something that'll get reused.
I'm so excited about this idea! What do you think??
