FINALLY HOME! My 4/26/03 wedding (really really long!)

OK so it rained on our day, but everyone tells me it’s good luck…! Seriously I will talk more about this later but no one really let me focus on the rain at all – I hardly knew it was raining and it in no way ruined tme day! To me it was still the perfect day – the wedding day of my dreams!!! I cannot think of one major thing that went wrong – we both LOVED our day and talked about it every day of our honeymoon so far!!

I especially want to thank my LIW friends who came to my ceremony – you guys have no idea how much it meant to me that you were there!! THANK YOU Christine, Michelle, Lauren, Felicia, Rachel, Irene and Tony!! My limo driver gave me your card too – Mitch can tell you how I cried! THANKS!!

Congrats! Sounds like you had a wonderful day. We are using Glenmar (Tom and Rebecca also) for our wedding, so I cannot wait to see your pics!

Mary, I am sooo happy you had a wonderful day!! I thought of you that day when I saw the rain, but I have also heard it's good luck! Good for you for not letting it upset you! Please post pics as soon as possible. Best of luck to you both!

Wow! LOL ... had no idea that others noticed us all! They were probably like ... who were all those girls standing in the back bawling & passing the tissues?! Not that they'd understand, you know.

Mary! Congratulations!!!!! You & Mitch both looked amazing! Smiles from ear to ear!

Your ceremony was so beautiful! (lol- I didn't know anyone noticed us either.... they were all tears of joy!)

We'll all have to get together soon and see all your pictures and hear more about your day! How cute is Mitch's daughter giving a speech! I'm glad she did that for you guys! What a priceless gift to have and cherish for the rest of your lives!

MARY!! You have NO IDEA how long I've been waiting for your review!!! I am SOOOOOOO happy to hear that everything was GREAT!!! Including Fox Hollow - HEEHEE!

Your mass was beautiful! So sweet that the two of you were crying!

And how SWEET of his daughter to do a speech! I got tears in my eyes just reading about it!

Glad to hear you're back and that the entire day and the HM was a success!!!

PS - I was hysterical laughing about the supermodels on the cruise!

MARY MARY! We have been waiting for you girl!!! So glad that you are home! Was that 2 week cruise or what? We were starting to get worried!

I didn't know anyone saw us crying! IT was truly beautiful though....I started boo-hooing when Mitch started crying and next thing I know it was like a row of dominoes in our pew! We all went down sniffling!

You looked absolutely GORGEOUS my dear! BEAUTIFUL! I walked out of the church and told MIchelle 'Holy cow, renewed inspiration to get my butt in gear for my wedding!' You looked fabulous and it was obvious you were so so happy!

I felt so bad that I had to miss your ceremony. I thought about you the entire day...Lou was probably sick of me talking about it. I heard it was amazing. I am so glad you had a wonderful day and all was perfect! You are a truly great person and deserve so much. I can't wait to chat with you and see lots of pictures!!!!

(PS I had no clue you were doing a two week cruise (you can probably tell from the email I sent you like a week ago!) - that is awesome......)

HEY guys!! I missed you all - you have no idea! It was a one week cruise, but the second week we were planning a few days in Miami and it turned out to be a week in Ft. Lauderdale cleaning out my In Law's apt!!

Mary! I'm so glad you had the perfect day - my fellow 4/26 bride!!! We, too, had a great day, despite the day. We also had Royalty, and despite a minor moon/sun roof leak - they were PERFECT. I had 2 guys helping me with my dress, with their huge umbrellas. And, hey, if it truly is good luck when it rains on your wedding day, we'll be lucky for the rest of our lives!

Jen - Welcome back and congrats to you too!!! I have to look for your review! I thought things were going to calm down after the wedding! LOL! I forgot that 2+ weeks away from the office can be hard to come back to! LOL! The HM was GREAT! We got to sit at the captain's table on the first formal night - I was SO EXCITED!!! We met the hostess (Her name was JULIE! I swear to God just like the Love Boat LOL!!!), but the captain was no Captain Stubing! I have pics I plan to scan tonight! We did the Western Caribbean - Grand Cayman, Ocho Rios and Cozumel - and we had a BLAST! There was so much to do - but only if we wanted to! We loved it and we're hooked - would like to take another cruise someday! We met Mishy626 for drinks one evening during a Margarita Happy Hour and went to a show together! It was great to see each other and compare wedding/Fox Hollow stories! How was the Southern Caribbean? Did you like your cruise?

EVERYONE told me the rain was good luck! We have Mary in the window and rosary beads in the tree and we still got rained on so I have to believe it was so we coud be lucky!!!
