but today they FINALLY moved my dad to lennox hill hospital. I am so glad, on saturday when i went to the hospital he was in and asked about whether lennox hill will get him or if they take him the nurse said 'i don't know' so i called LH to ask and when the doctor heard i called the MOFO yelled at me and said 'YOU have no right to call lennox hill' i got so mad and told him i have every right to call, i know my d*mn rights and went off but whatever thats all done with.
Went today to visit him at LH and its great bc now hes in the room by himself. The hospital is spotless so clean and nice. They had such nice hardwood floors in the room lol and my mom was obsessed with the windows bc they had the windows with the blinds in between two windows and theres a knob on the outside you use and now she wants that lol. And the place was so quiet it was weird, even in the halls lol. Plus he has a great view hahaha
I am glad he is finally at a place that really is known for their heart institute and finally can get this taken care of. I think tomorrow we find out when he'll have his heart surgery. The crazy thing is that his friend was admitted into lennox hill hospital yesterday so now he has a friend there
Thank you to everyone who was so supportive during this time, it meant so much to me and many of you gave very helpful advice
********UPDATE************** im surprised but my dad is going into surgery NOW. I am gonna go after work and hopefully by then his surgery will be over with and awake from the anesthesia. He said there are SO many doctors that are going to be in the operating room so thats a good sign. Im a bit nervous but it is a common procedure so staying positive

omg denise, I didn't know this had happened! I'm so sorry, but I'm so glad he is in a great place now, and I will keep him up in prays now till the end of his recovery, which I pray will be speedy!

That's the balloon.
Well hopefully they get all of the crap out of his arteries. Then you can start to get on his case when he gets home safe and sound about his diet. It's fun sometimes to tell them what to do for a change.
So glad things have turned up for him. He'll be home in no time.

yeah i was surprised too...although he was transferred yesterday, no doctors checked him out and they said monday morning. I guess they know all they need to know. Thank you

yup exactly, we were told from the other hospital it would most likely be an angioplasty. Of course pending on what docs at lenox hill have to say but i think they'll also do the angioplasty. I think if this werent to work THEn they'd do a bypass
OH YEAH, i told him i am throwing out all the cr*p in his house and im gonna teach my grandmother while she is here what to cook bc what she thinks is healthy is not really.

He will be fine, Denise!!! My grandpa has had this done a couple of times... as you said, it's a very common procedure.

Everything will be fine. It's common to be nervous. I was nervous about my moms surgery. But he is in good hands.
