my full mass programs are DONE. The DIY project from #ell is done!!!! We just finished attaching the final ribons about a 1/2 hour ago.....
They can now be popped into a box and stored until the big day!
(In the pic, the ribbon looks darker than it really is... it's really sage green just like the stationary pattern...)

If so, would you mind just FMing me (whenever you can) what stuff you are putting in it? Like for readings, the lay out and all that crap. I have NO patience to sit and choose stuff and I just wanted to take someone else's program and just copy it lol.... I should copy the design too haha! that's how beautiful it is!!

While most people coming to our mass will be Catholic, we have more than a handful of folks that I'm not sure have ever been to a mass before (potentially even, some who have never set foot inside a RC church). I'm wondering if you put in 'please kneel' and other directions like that.

I had similar concerns becuase we've got every major faith except for Budhism represented with our guests.... (Muslim, Hindu, Jewish... along with other christian faiths... Evangelical, Lutheran....) my BM jokes that she has to rewire herself because she's expecting FH to show up riding a white horse (She is Indian)....
nah, you don't have to write instructions like that, becuase the priest knows a lot of people aren't catholic at a wedding mass, and they will instruct people... My priest re-assured me that he will avert major faux pas (such as non-catholics receiving communion) by making disclaimers 'Catholics who would like to receivie communion may now do so.....'

programs are in the wedding isle of michaels... and I also got matching ribbon from them as well. make sure you don't get their crappy plastic hole punches.... they broke before I even used them! get a real one with a metal handle from office max.... it will save you extra trips, for sure...
