First draft DIY invitations! (updated with more pics)

Ok this is my first draft - I am sure it will change at least 20 more times before I get to the final one. The only thing that this one is missing is the heart charm wich will be on the bottom layer or ribbon and pushed to the right side of the invite.

I attached a picture of the charm and will post an actual picture of it whenever it arrives in the mail.

I have to admit...I am actually really really proud of myself for these!

You did a great job! The lace is so unique to an invitation.

Very pretty! I love lace belly-bands.. I am thinking of doing lace with a feather (like this kinda?)... where did you get that pretty lace from? Was it sold by the spool?

belly-bands - that term always cracks me up lol. I got the lace on ebay.

No the paper wasn't a set. I bought all the paper individually through a wholesale website and had them cut to the measurments I wanted and then I found the lace and the velvet ribbon and charms (ill post a pic of them on the invite when I get them in the mail) on ebay

Are you going to do DIY invites?
